Wet your face. Apply 2-3 pumps of Carrot Cleanser to your hand and massage to cleanse your skin. Wipe your face with a lukewarm wet cloth in soft, circular movements.
Apply 1-2 pumps of Cucumber Serum to your face, neck and around your eyes.
Protect the skin with the Tomato Base Cream. Take a pea-sized amount of cream and spread over your face and neck.
Extra: Apply the Cucumber Serum generously to clean skin twice a week in the evening, without the Tomato Base Cream. In this way, the Cucumber Serum works as a nighttime mask to provide extra nourishment to the skin.
Morning routine:
Repeat the above steps. You can choose to skip step 1 in the morning, if the skin has been properly cleansed the night before.
A test set will last you about three weeks. Your skin renews itself every three to four weeks. It is therefore important to actually use the products for three weeks to see results.

Scent
A natural scent has been added to the Tomato Base Cream and Carrot Cleanser that has an invigorating effect, but we have consciously chosen not to add a natural scent to the serums, so that it can also be applied around the eyes and they are super mild products. The serums smell like the ingredients smell, this is often described as 'earthy'. Mix it with a little Tomato Base Cream if you are looking for a scent experience, otherwise the scent will dissipate within a few minutes.
The essential oils cardamom, myrrh and lemon grass have been added to our Tomato Base Cream and Carrot Cleanser. In addition to scent, these oils have other beautiful effects, for both your psyche and your skin.
Lemongrass
Lemongrass is a real boost because of the spicy lemon aroma. It dispels lethargy and despondency and gives strength when you feel weak. It has a strengthening, cooling and unclogging effect on your skin.
Myrrh
Myrrh oil repairs the skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect. In warm weather, myrrh has a slightly cooling effect on the skin. In addition, it has a calming and soothing effect.
Cardamom
Cardamom has an antibacterial effect. It provides refreshing energy, calms tense nerves and helps to process tension better. It strengthens your mental concentration and clears blockages.

Soms heb je van die bedrijven die er écht uit springen. En ja, Food for Skin staat voor mij bovenaan die lijst. Door een fout van de bezorgdienst (Spanje) werd het pakketje weer retour naar NL gestuurd. Via de mail prettig en persoonlijk contact gehad om te zien of we het pakket nog konden lokaliseren. Binnen no-time werd het opgelost.
Na een week gebruik te maken van de producten kan ik nog niet voldoende uitspraak doen, maar tot nu toe bevallen ze goed. Ruikt heerlijk, smeert prettig en m'n huid lijkt rustiger te worden. Gebruik ook veel minder dan met "normale" crème en huidproducten. Wordt vervolgd :) .

Ik heb vanwege mijn werk vaak een laag dik zwart stof op mijn huid waardoor mijn huid snel geïrriteerd raak. Bij andere gezichts reinigers had ik niet echt het idee dat mijn huid schoon was maar bij deze merkte ik al na de 1e keer duidelijk een verschil. Ik moest alleen wel een klein beetje wennen aan het olie laagje wat hij achterlaat. De serum en crème trekken snel in wat ik erg prettig vindt!
Dit is een heel mooi bericht, dagelijks vuil wordt inderdaad geabsorbeerd door de reinigingsolie. Het laagje wat achterblijft verzorgt je huid en zo voorkom je het trekkerige gevoel wat normaal na bv een washgelreiniging kan ontstaan. Geniet ervan

Ik heb inmiddels meerdere producten besteld en ben er ontzettend blij mee. Toen mijn pakketje helaas kwijt raakte door een fout van PostNL — het was per ongeluk meegegeven aan iemand anders met dezelfde achternaam — werd dit snel en netjes opgelost. Het bedrijf stuurde direct een nieuwe bestelling naar me toe, en later bleek het originele pakketje toch gevonden te zijn. Ik mocht het zelfs houden, wat ik heel attent vond.
De communicatie verliep heel prettig: ze reageren snel op mails, ook buiten openingstijden, en je merkt echt de empathie en betrokkenheid in hun antwoorden. Fijne mensen om mee te werken!

Zachte verzorging zonder zooi
Wat een fijne producten hebben jullie gemaakt! Mijn vriend ziet zelfs het verschil met mijn huid na twee weken. Het voelt heel zacht aan en het fijnste vind ik dat het niet chemisch voelt/ruikt, maar écht natuurlijk. De prijs is voor mij wel erg hoog, maar dat vind ik het op dit moment helemaal waard. :)

I was recently gifted this amazing product and I over the moon with it. The serum, cleanser and moisturizer feels so natural and incredibly gentle. My skin is highly sensitive to the sun and hyperpigmentation and the avocado oil serum is so nourishing. Love my niece for introducing this product to me.

I tried out the avocado tester pack and I love it. I am 61 and have rosacea - and my skin really likes it. The smell is wonderful - cardamon is what I get - but all the products are really nice. It is great to have a trial pack as I have such sensitive skin. Really lovely. My skin feels so soft afterwards. I´m very happy. Wish there was a small pot of the eye cream to try - as my eyes are really sensitive so would need a sample first:) Perhaps a thought for the future? Very happy. Highly recommended.
