At Food for Skin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Is a product not what you expected after all? Then you can return unopened items within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

• Only unopened and unused products can be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to take back opened or used products.
• The costs of returning are borne by the customer.
• Any shipping costs you paid for the original order will be refunded in accordance with the statutory rules if you return the entire order.

Packaging and shipping

You are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it. Please therefore use sturdy packaging and protect the products well during transport. We recommend using a sturdy box and filling any empty space with, for example, paper, so that the products cannot shift or become damaged.

Important: include a note in the parcel stating the order number, your name and the reason for the return. 

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded within 8 working days via the same payment method used to place the order.
