1. Pumpkin seed oil - is emollient
2. Cucumber seed extract - is moisturizing
3. Chia seed oil - is emollient
4. Broccoli seed oil - has a protective effect
5. Candeia tree extract - is healing
6. Sea buckthorn oil - is protective
7. Sunflower oil - as a carrier oil
8. Rosemary extract - antioxidant and shelf life
9. Q10 - for plump, firm and smooth skin

Evening Routine:

1. Wet your face. Apply one or two pumps of Carrot Cleanser to your hand and massage in to cleanse your skin. Wipe your face with a lukewarm wet washcloth in soft, circular movements.
2. Apply two drops of Pumpkin Serum to your face, neck and around your eyes.
3. Protect the skin with the Tomato Base Cream. Take a pea-sized amount of cream and spread over your face and neck.

Extra: apply the Pumpkin Serum generously to clean skin twice a week in the evening, without the Tomato Base Cream. In this way, the Pumpkin Serum works as a mask at night to nourish the skin extra.

Morning Routine:

Repeat the steps above. You can choose to skip step 1 in the morning, if the skin has been properly cleansed the night before.

The Serums have a shelf life of 24 months after production. Check the THT on the bottom. Shelf life 6 months after opening.
