Instructions

Wet the bar and rub it between your hands or directly on your skin to create a soft lather. Massage the lather over your body or hands and rinse with water.

Allow the bar to dry thoroughly after use, preferably on a dry soap board, to ensure it lasts longer.

The apricot kernels used for our apricot kernel oil are residual flows from the production of dried fruit and jam.

Elderberry Body Bar

The Elderberry Bar is refreshing, cleansing, and protective. It gently cleanses yet deeply nourishes thanks to a rich blend of olive and coconut oils, shea and mango butters. The star of the bar is elderberry seed oil: light yet incredibly powerful, packed with omegas 3 and 6 to keep your skin supple and nourished. Frankincense and vetiver invigorate the skin, and two clays help unclog pores.

The elderberry is an ode to Angela and Cathy's mother . Our mother was ahead of her time with her organic gardening and her knowledge of herbs and vegetables. Elderberry is still a favorite of hers in homemade lemonade or as pure berry juice. The elderberry oil is extracted from waste streams from a juice factory, so it's partially upcycled!

How do you use a body bar?

Using a soap bar is easy and pleasant. Wet the bar in the shower and rub it between your hands or directly onto your skin to create a soft, creamy lather. Massage the lather over your body for a gentle, caring cleanse. Thanks to the natural oils, your skin will feel wonderfully soft and hydrated after drying.

To keep your soap bar looking its best for as long as possible, it's important to let it dry thoroughly after each use. Store the bar in a dry, airy place, for example, on a soap dish with holes or ridges so water can drain properly. This will keep the soap firm and extend its life considerably.

Tips to use your Body Bar for as long as possible:

  • Do not leave the bar loose on the floor in the shower, this will prevent the soap from becoming soft.
  • Take your bar with you when traveling in a soap dish or travel case, but always let the soap dry after use.
  • When your bar is running low, you can easily pinch up any small scraps or use them in a soap pouch so nothing goes to waste.
