Instructions
Evening routine:
Wet your face. Apply 2-3 pumps of Carrot Cleanser to your hand and massage to cleanse your skin. Wipe your face with a lukewarm wet cloth in soft, circular movements.
Apply 1-2 pumps of Pumpkin Serum to your face, neck and around your eyes.
Protect the skin with the Tomato Base Cream. Take a pea-sized amount of cream and spread over your face and neck.
Extra: Apply the Pumpkin Serum generously to clean skin twice a week in the evening, without the Tomato Base Cream. In this way, the Pumpkin Serum works as a nighttime mask to provide extra nourishment to the skin.
Morning routine:
Repeat the above steps. You can choose to skip step 1 in the morning, if the skin has been properly cleansed the night before.
A test set will last you about three weeks. Your skin renews itself every three to four weeks. It is therefore important to actually use the products for three weeks to see results.

Scent
A natural scent has been added to the Tomato Base Cream and Carrot Cleanser that has an invigorating effect, but we have consciously chosen not to add a natural scent to the serums, so that it can also be applied around the eyes and they are super mild products. The serums smell like the ingredients smell, this is often described as 'earthy'. Mix it with a little Tomato Base Cream if you are looking for a scent experience, otherwise the scent will dissipate within a few minutes.
The essential oils cardamom, myrrh and lemon grass have been added to our Tomato Base Cream and Carrot Cleanser. In addition to scent, these oils have other beautiful effects, for both your psyche and your skin.
Lemongrass
Lemongrass is a real boost because of the spicy lemon aroma. It dispels lethargy and despondency and gives strength when you feel weak. It has a strengthening, cooling and unclogging effect on your skin.
Myrrh
Myrrh oil repairs the skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect. In warm weather, myrrh has a slightly cooling effect on the skin. In addition, it has a calming and soothing effect.
Cardamom
Cardamom has an antibacterial effect. It provides refreshing energy, calms tense nerves and helps to process tension better. It strengthens your mental concentration and clears blockages.

Beste serum en crème ooit!
Ik heb een lastige en gevoelige huid. Gauw last van roodheid bij verkeerde producten. Ook heb ik een onrustige huid (puistjes, voornamelijk hormonaal) en zijn bepaalde delen snel vet, andere snel droog. Dus al met al een flinke zoektocht naar fijne producten.
Begin dit jaar begonnen met Food for Skin. Mijn huid is sindsdien rustiger, gevoed, egaler. Het pumpkin serum is echt fantastisch! Ik vind deze zelf de fijnste momenteel. In de zomer stap ik denk ik weer over naar de komkommer, die ik dan weer prettiger vind waarschijnlijk.
De crème is ook fantastisch. Je huid voelt gehydrateerd, verzorgd en soepel. Geen irritatie of roodheid.
De reiniger moet ik nog een beetje aan wennen. Ik heb het idee dat mijn gezicht er erg vet van blijft. Misschien doe ik iets verkeerds en moet ik mijn werkwijze hiermee aanpassen. Ik blijf proberen.

I tried out the avocado tester pack and I love it. I am 61 and have rosacea - and my skin really likes it. The smell is wonderful - cardamon is what I get - but all the products are really nice. It is great to have a trial pack as I have such sensitive skin. Really lovely. My skin feels so soft afterwards. I´m very happy. Wish there was a small pot of the eye cream to try - as my eyes are really sensitive so would need a sample first:) Perhaps a thought for the future? Very happy. Highly recommended.
