Instructions

Evening routine:

  1. Wet your face. Apply one or two pumps of Carrot Cleanser to your hand and massage to cleanse your skin. Wipe your face with a lukewarm wet cloth in soft, circular movements.
  2. Apply two drops of Pumpkin Serum to your face, neck and around your eyes.
  3. Protect the skin with the Tomato Base Cream. Take a pea-sized amount of cream and spread over your face and neck.

Extra: Apply the Pumpkin Serum generously to clean skin twice a week in the evening, without the Tomato Base Cream. In this way, the Pumpkin Serum works as a nighttime mask to provide extra nourishment to the skin.

Morning routine:

Repeat the above steps. You can choose to skip step 1 in the morning, if the skin has been properly cleansed the night before.

A test set will last you about three weeks. Your skin renews itself every three to four weeks. It is therefore important to actually use the products for three weeks to see results.

Scent

A natural scent has been added to the Tomato Base Cream and Carrot Cleanser that has an invigorating effect, but we have consciously chosen not to add a natural scent to the serums, so that it can also be applied around the eyes and they are super mild products. The serums smell like the ingredients smell, this is often described as 'earthy'. Mix it with a little Tomato Base Cream if you are looking for a scent experience, otherwise the scent will dissipate within a few minutes.

The essential oils cardamom, myrrh and lemon grass have been added to our Tomato Base Cream and Carrot Cleanser. In addition to scent, these oils have other beautiful effects, for both your psyche and your skin.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a real boost because of the spicy lemon aroma. It dispels lethargy and despondency and gives strength when you feel weak. It has a strengthening, cooling and unclogging effect on your skin.

Myrrh

Myrrh oil repairs the skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect. In warm weather, myrrh has a slightly cooling effect on the skin. In addition, it has a calming and soothing effect.

Cardamom

Cardamom has an antibacterial effect. It provides refreshing energy, calms tense nerves and helps to process tension better. It strengthens your mental concentration and clears blockages.

Fijne gezichtsverzorging en geheel plantaardig

Ik was al een tijdje op zoek naar gezichtsverzorging zonder plastic. En toen kwam ik Food for skin tegen. Ik gebruik het nu al een tijdje en ik ben erg tevreden. Mijn huid is gezond, fris en gehydrateerd. En ik voel me er ook nog eens goed bij dat het goed voor het milieu is.

Heel tevreden en rustige huid

De "pumpkin" reeks heeft mij echt verbaasd in positieve zin. Het is even wennen dat er voor je gevoel wat meer product op je gezicht achterblijft na het reinigen, maar daarna merk je direct dat het wat voor je doet. Je voelt dat je huid gevoed wordt. Ik heb een gecombineerde huid die echt lastig is met huidverzorging. Dit is oprecht een van de eerste producten waar mijn huid sinds jaaaaaren zoektocht goed op reageert en waardoor het echt verbetert. Aanrader!

Wow, een zoektocht van jaren en dan zo mooi resultaat, super! Food for Skin letterlijk vertaald voeding voor de huid. De Carrotcleanser is zo fijn voor de reiniging, naast een schoon gezicht geeft hij ook verzorging aan de huid, zacht en mild, geen trekkende huid na het schoonmaken

Tot nu toe heel fijn. En een rustige huid

Mijn gezichtshuid is heel gevoelig voor cremes en reageert met veel onrust bij veel huidverzorgende producten. Daarom gebruik ik al een tijd een dag.nachtcreme helemaal natuurlijke basis van de natuurdrogist in Haarlem. Maar ik werd getriggerd door deze producten. Ennn het lijkt goed te gaan. Mijn huid voelt ook heel zacht en de geur van de producten is fris en fijn. Aanrader!

Zo fijn te lezen, als je zoekende bent is het superspannend en zijn er veel merken om uit te kiezen, blij met het aanslaan van de Food for Skin routine op je huid

Ook dit setje gaat mee op vakantie, ideaal die kleine flesjes( ga alleen 4 weken dus aan 1 setje niet genoeg ;-)

4 weken, dan is het heel zuinig gebruiken dus of toch wat extra meebrengen, blijf ook voldoende water drinken, veel plezier
