Returns

At Food for Skin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product is not what you expected, you can return unopened items within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

  • Only unopened and unused products can be returned.
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.
  • The costs for returning the products are at the customer's expense.
  • Any shipping costs you paid with the original order will be refunded according to legal regulations when you return the entire order.

Packaging and shipping

You are responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by us. Therefore, ensure sturdy packaging and protect the products well during transport. We advise using a sturdy box and filling empty space with, for example, paper, so that the products cannot shift or be damaged.

Important: please add a note to the package stating the order number, name, and reason for return. 

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 8 working days using the same payment method with which the order was placed.
