  2. Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate - allows the oil to mix with water and rinse off as a milk. Made from plant-based fatty acids.
  3. Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil - cold pressed almond oil. Hydrates and calms the skin. Contains many fatty acids and hydrates. A good carrier that transports other active ingredients deep into the skin.

The cranberry and pomegranate seeds come from side streams of juice and jam production.

How to use

Elderberry Shower Oil

Step 1: take 1 pump of shower oil and rub it over wet skin or onto a Loofah sponge.

Step 2: massage into the skin. The oil turns into a milky substance

Step 3: rinse off

Olive Body Bar

Wet the bar and rub it between your hands or directly over the skin to create a soft foam. Massage the foam over your body or hands and rinse off with water.

Let the bar dry well after use, preferably on a dry soap dish, so it lasts longer.

Loofah Scrub Sponge

1. Wet the sponge thoroughly before first use.

2. Take 1-2 pumps of Elderberry Shower Oil and apply to wet skin or the sponge.

3. Gently massage and scrub the skin with the sponge in circular motions.

4. Rinse the sponge well after use and hang it up to dry.

You can use the sponge for your body. We do not recommend using it on the face.

Tips for taking care of the Loofah sponge:

  • Rinse well after each use to remove soap and dirt residue.
  • Let it dry thoroughly in an airy place to prevent mould.

Replace regularly for optimal hygiene and performance. About every 4 to 6 weeks with daily use and every 3-12 months if you use the sponge less often.

The scent of the Elderberry Shower Oil is spicy and fresh.

The shower oil smells like that fresh scent of rain on dry ground, also known as petrichor. It arises when raindrops hit the earth and release aromas from plants and the soil. The name comes from Greek: petra means stone and ichor is a kind of magical, golden fluid.

The Olive Body Bar is fresh and spicy with the familiar olive undertone. Natural and a little unconventional.

Who is the Bodycare Set suitable for?

The set is for all genders and ages, but especially for dry or sensitive skin. The three products cleanse without sulfates and contain no perfume or parabens, so the skin doesn't feel tight after showering. Also great if you just want to get rid of a row of half-empty bottles in the shower: this is all you need.
How do I use the three products together?

Use the Elderberry Shower Oil in the shower as a daily cleanser for your entire body. Alternate it with the Olive Body Bar, or use this as hand soap in your bathroom. Gently scrub once or twice a week with the loofah to remove dead skin cells and keep your skin supple.
What is the difference between the shower oil and the body bar?

The Shower Oil cleanses with an oil base and is the gentlest, ideal for daily washing of sensitive skin. The Body Bar is a solid, mild soap: slightly more powerful in cleansing and convenient without plastic packaging. In the set, they complement each other, so you don't have to choose.
Is the Bodycare Set vegan?

Yes. Like all Food for Skin products, the three products are 100% natural and vegan, and the loofah is a dried plant, not an animal-derived sea sponge. The formulas contain no added microplastics, perfume, or parabens.
