Instructions
Before you massage your face with the Gua Sha, it is wise to activate your lymph nodes so that blood circulation gets started. You do this by moving the Gua Sha stone from your collarbones to your jaw. Repeat this step 10 times and then it's time to really start!
Step 1: The Gua Sha glides more easily over your skin when you use a fine oil or serum.
Step 2: Use the V-shaped side of the Gua Sha to massage your jawline. Work from your chin towards your ears, following the shape of your jaw.
Step 3 & 4: Massage over your cheekbones with the long, curved side of the Gua Sha. You do this from your nose towards your ear, following the bone. You can massage the rest of your cheek in the same direction.
Step 5: Time to get rid of your bags! Use the short, convex side of the Gua Sha to massage the skin under your eyes. Also work from the inside out.
Step 6: Last but not least: time for your forehead and temples! For this you use the long, straight side of the Gua Sha.
When using a Gua Sha, always make sure that you place the stone on your skin at a 45 degree angle. If you use the stone perpendicularly, the action is too hard. Never press the stone too hard on your skin! It is normal for your skin to turn red after using the Gua Sha, but the massage should not be painful.

Strakker wordende huid?
Ik gebruik de steen nu 2 weken. Je moet wel olie gebruiken op je huid anders wrijft de steen niet soepel over je huid. Het voelt goed, even tijd voor jezelf, ontspannen en gelijk aan verbetering van de huidstructuur werken. Echt resultaat heb ik nog niet maar het voelt in ieder geval goed aan.
Zeker goed om olie te gebruiken om de gua sha goed te begeleiden. Goed dat je hiermee bezig bent! Dank voor je mooie review.

Verstevigend en ontspannend
Ik gebruik de Gua Sha steen nu een tijdje en ik zie dat de fijne lijnen in mijn gezicht echt minder zijn geworden. Daarnaast vind ik het ook een lekkere gezichtsmassage :)

I tried out the avocado tester pack and I love it. I am 61 and have rosacea - and my skin really likes it. The smell is wonderful - cardamon is what I get - but all the products are really nice. It is great to have a trial pack as I have such sensitive skin. Really lovely. My skin feels so soft afterwards. I´m very happy. Wish there was a small pot of the eye cream to try - as my eyes are really sensitive so would need a sample first:) Perhaps a thought for the future? Very happy. Highly recommended.
